常见称重传感器的五种误差原因分析

1、特性误差。由设备自身引起的，包括DC漂移值、斜面的不正确或斜面的非线形。
2、称重传感器应用误差。由操作而产生的误差，包括探针放置错误、探针与测量地点之间不正确的绝缘、空气或其他气体的净化过程中的错误、变送器的错误放置等多种操作错误引发的误差。
3、动态误差。适用于静态条件的传感器会具有较强的阻尼，对输入参数的改变响应较慢，甚至要数秒才能响应温度的阶跃改变。一些具有延迟特性的称重传感器会在对**改变响应时产生动态误差。响应时间、振幅失真和相位失真都会导致动态误差。 
 4、插入误差。系统中插入一个传感器时，改变了测量参数而产生的误差。使用了一个对系统过于大的变送器、系统的动态特性过于迟缓、系统中自加热加载了过多的热能等，都会导致插入误差。
